In 2001, the firm created an internal weekly Law Report, to update its staff with information on jurisprudence, doctrine and legislation relating to Public Law - e.g., constitutional, administrative, economic and other related legal areas. Since then, lawyers, judges and other professionals have requested access to the publication, but as it is produced manually and on a weekly basis, its wider circulation was unfeasible. Therefore, we have put together this MONTHLY edition, comprising the main topics addressed in the weekly Public Law Report.
The report is structured in three parts: DOCTRINE, where books and articles are indicated; LEGISLATION, with references to the principal normative acts of the month; and JURISPRUDENCE, with a selection of the decisions from Brazilian Supreme Court and other courts.
